• In order to protect your Web banking data Alpha Bank strongly recommends you to access your Web Banking account only from computers with installed and updated anti-virus or anti-malware software.
• Connect to the web banking system only by accessing Alpha Bank’s official website (www.alphabank.bg). Never follow links published on other web sites or in e-mails. Alpha Bank will never request your password via phone or e-mail!
• Never open any file from un-known sources on the Internet, or any attachment from suspicious or un-known e-mail recipients. Always read carefully all pop-up messages where your confirmation is required.
• Create strong, hard-to-guess passwords and never share them with anyone. Change your passwords frequently (at least each month) and never use one and the same password for all applications which you access.
• Never install software which is recommended to you on the Internet without first confirming the source is trust-worthy. Always configure your anti-virus software to inspect for malicious content the files which you download.
