What is DYNAMIC Visa?

DYNAMIC Visa is an international credit card that changeso your perception about shopping. The card is created with the joint efforts of the Bank and Carrefour Bulgaria and is the first co-branded credit card, which gives you a reward for each purchase.
With Dynamic Visa you receive cash back with every purchase you make at POS in Bulgaria and abroad or over the Internet.

In the Retail partners network you receive a preferential percentage back from the value of each purchase. The Dynamic partners are some of the most popular international brands.*
The accumulated cash back is returned to you in the form of a voucher. The voucher can be used in any Carrefour store around the country.

Automatically, through activating the “Direct debit” service from your account in Alpha Bank Bulgaria;

For higher security when using DYNAMIC Visa card, Alpha Bank recommends you:

Do not write your PIN code on the card;
Never disclose your PIN code to third parties; The PIN code is known only by you and it should not be disclosed to anyone or provided when purchasing over the phone or the Internet;
Protect your card from damage;
Do not give your card to other people;
In case you lose your card or it is stolen, immediately notify the Bank by calling: 0700 19040;
If you forget your PIN code, do not try to guess it by entering a combination of numbers, as it will block your card. Please, refer to the Bank;
Keep your card in a suitable place in order to notice its absence on time.

How to benefit of the opportunities provided by Alpha Bank Bulgaria DYNAMIC Visa?

The new DYNAMIC Visa card provides the cardholders with an interest free grace period from 20 to 50 days on purchases only. For each purchase, the cardholders have a period of 20 to 50 days, during which they could fully repay the used amount and no interest will be charged.
The exact length of the grace period depends on the date of purchase performed during the reporting period according to the example below:

What is the grace period of DYNAMIC Visa

In this example, you have a grace period of 50 days, which starts from 17.07.2012 and ends on 05.09.2012. Upon full repayment of the amount spent on purchases in this period, no interest is charged on used funds.

If the purchase is made at the end of the reporting period, you will have only 20 days grace period (from 16.08.2012 to 05.09.2012) to repay the monthly obligation.

The grace period is applicable exclusively for purchases made at POS terminal in Bulgaria, abroad and over the Internet and does not apply for ATM cash withdrawals or cash withdrawals in the bank office. Terms of DYNMAMIC loyalty program can be downloaded from here.

How does the loyalty program of DYNAMIC VISA work?

How does the loyalty program of DYNAMIC Visa work?
With DYNAMIC Visa you get a percentage back every time you purchase on POS at the merchant locations in Bulgaria, abroad or over the Internet.

7% cash back of the value of each purchase made in Carrefour until 30.06.2013;
Min 4% when shopping in the DYNAMIC Visa retail partners’ network;
1% is the minimum that you get back from the value of your purchases wherever you shop in Bulgaria, abroad or over the Internet.

You receive the accumulated amount of discounts in the form of a voucher with your monthly statement.
You have to present your voucher/s to the cashier at Carrefour stores and the amount of your bill will be reduced with the amount of the voucher/s.
Example: If the value of your purchases amounts to BGN 100 and your voucher is for BGN 45, you only have to pay BGN 55.

In order for a voucher to be issued, you must have accumulated at least BGN 5 during the reporting period.
The minimum value of a voucher is BGN 5 accumulated during the reporting period.
The maximum value of a voucher is BGN 50.
In cases when the accumulated amount of the discounts exceeds the maximum amount of a voucher, the remaining balance is transferred to the next reporting period.
In cases when the accumulated amount of the refund is less than the minimum value for a voucher, the amount is transferred to the next reporting period.
A voucher is issued only when the minimum value of BGN 5 is reached.
Vouchers are issued only for lump sums - BGN 5,6,7,8. If the accumulated amount is not a lump sum, the remaining amount is transferred to the next reporting period.
Example: If the accumulated refund is 45.80 BGN, you will receive a voucher in the amount of 45 BGN, and the remainder of 0.80 BGN is transferred for the next reporting period.
The voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of its issuance.
You can use one or more vouchers simultaneously when purchasing. The vouchers are registered and issued in the name of the main cardholder and cannot be transferred for use by others.
If you have an additional card issued to the main one, the accumulated amount under this card is added to the amount of the main card. In this case, the voucher is issued in the name of the main cardholder.
